With over 22 years of classroom experience, I welcome another joyous year at Glenolden School!  I am an Interboro alum who fell in love with language at a very early age. I was so inspired by my middle school ELA teacher, that it was only natural I'd declare English as my major upon entering college. Instead of pursuing a career as a lawyer, however, I realized that teaching and meeting many new friends every year was what I enjoyed most. I even student-taught at Prospect Park where I grew up!

In addition to teaching, I am a full-time mom to a beautiful little boy and furbabies Loki and Riesling (cats), Burrito, Taco, Strawberry, and Caviar (guinea pigs).  I have been singing since the age of three and met my husband of 17 years at a theater audition. Other obsessions outside of teaching include: singing, listening to music (especially Hamilton), dancing, Flyers Hockey, cooking, traveling, spending time with my friends and family, Yoga and Zumba. 

I have enjoyed serving as our school's Talent Show coordinator for over ten years, and was proudly chosen as one of Glenolden students’ “Favorite Teachers” (Glenolden Gazette, Dec. 2011)!
