    Veterans
    :

    • Living or Deceased
    • Active Duty, Honorably Discharged, KIA, MIA, or POW

      AND

    • Personal or Family Connection to Glenolden, Norwood, Prospect Park, or Tinicum


    First Responders
    :

    • Living or Deceased
    • EMS, Fire, or Police
    • Service in Glenolden, Norwood, Prospect Park, or Tinicum

      AND

    • 20 Years of Active Service, Injured in the Line of Duty, or Killed in the Line of Duty

    Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
    :

    • Within 4 weeks of purchase, you will receive a receipt, via the postal mail. That receipt will include detailed instructions for how to submit your hero’s picture and service history.

    • Banner Dimensions are 24” W x 48” H.

    • Donors will have the option to have their hero’s banner hung in: Glenolden, Norwood, Prospect Park, or Tinicum.

    • Banners will be placed on telephone poles along main and secondary streets.

    • During each phase of the project, Interboro Hometown Heroes will collect information for up to 250 heroes before making a bulk banner purchase. There will be a lag of up to 12 months between the time a donation is made and the time a banner is hung.

    • When a banner is damaged or degraded, it will be removed & respectively disposed of.
