This form pertains to the availability of specific location sites and tech services for events held on the premises. It will require the events name, time, set up time needed, facilities needed, etc.  It should be submitted to your principal or director for approval. Once approved, the form should be forwarded to Cathy Robinson to check availability of services and resources.
